Large Call to Action Headline
Every client is unique, and so is each situation. Anita sees it as her job to help clients figure it all out. Like solving a puzzle, she enjoys being able to help clients get what they really want, whether they’re buying, selling, or just finding the information they’re looking for.
In getting to know her clients and letting them get to know her, a trust is established. Thinking of herself as a real estate sales facilitator, rather than a sales person, she gets her clients to not only find what they need, but what really resonates with them. She knows what’s necessary to provide a better experience for her clients – answering their questions with clarity, helping assuage their worries, and tending to their needs with diligence.
By choosing to think outside the box when shopping for a new home, or staging a home for sale, she does what she can to make the process exciting, fun, productive, and less stressful. She’s caring and fair, but when it comes time to negotiating, she’ll go to bat for her clients to ensure they get the very best deal possible. This attitude has not only led Anita to gain recognition in her field, and winning sales awards, but has also turned many clients into friends.
Anita’s roots in real estate started with her father, who invested in rental properties. The family tradition continued when her sister became a top selling realtor in Los Angeles. Prior to getting into real estate herself, Anita spent twenty years as a professional ballet dancer – touring internationally and living in various cities across North America. This not only instilled in her a great deal of discipline, and made her appreciate just how far hard work can take you, but also granted her a keen eye when it came to aesthetics – a bonus when staging homes for sale!
Growing up in the suburbs of California, Anita has always had an appreciation for some of the world’s premier cities. When she first stepped foot in Toronto with the Alberta Ballet Company, she instantly fell in love with the vibrancy, cultural diversity, and history. She’s happy to now call Toronto home.
Coming from a strong arts and business background, Norman has enjoyed a successful career as a respected professional violinist having performed as a soloist, chamber and orchestral musician. Even while touring internationally, Norman has always called Toronto home. Having grown up in Rosedale, his transition into real estate felt very organic and in keeping with his passion for architecture and renovations.
Norman’s approach to real estate is couched in listening, understanding, and charting a course for success. It requires hard work, determination, a high degree of skill, and a relentless ability to search and seek out solutions with creativity and intuition.
Over almost two decades as a real estate professional, Norman found that senior populations were not adequately represented or served by professionals, and that a new approach to serving that demographic had to be adopted. Whether downsizing, transitioning, or assisting in estate planning, tax/legal issues, family matters, or de-cluttering. Norman knows how to handle complex issues with care and how to get clients what they need and deserve. That’s why he takes time to thoroughly inform clients about every aspect of the process – be it educating them on every element of the documents they are signing to how the entire process works in Toronto. His patience, honesty, care, compassion and integrity, coupled with a strong determination to reach the best possible result, define his approach.
